Connecting Chinese
Enterprises to
Global Talent
Real projects. Real experience. Real careers. We use genuine enterprise tasks as the mechanism to identify, observe, and connect overseas talent — before any formal hiring commitment.
How It Works
From enterprise task to talent connection
A four-step mechanism that turns real business problems into observable, low-risk talent identification opportunities.
Enterprise submits a real task
A Chinese enterprise facing a genuine business challenge — market entry, international positioning, or overseas talent strategy — submits a detailed project brief to the platform.
University matches student group
Our partner university selects and enrolls a group of 5+1 students: four international students and one local Chinese student who serves as the bridge and coordinator.
Students complete the project in China
Over one to two weeks, students work on the real enterprise task — conducting research, collaborating with local teams, and presenting their findings.
Enterprise evaluates and connects
Through the project, the enterprise observes analytical ability, communication style, and cultural adaptability — then decides whether to pursue formal employment or further engagement.
No Language Barrier
Enterprises submit in Chinese. Students receive in English. Our AI handles the translation — reviewed by the OO team before it goes live.

The Market Gap
Three parties who need each other — with no bridge
Enterprises, students, and universities all have aligned interests. The missing piece is a structured mechanism to connect them through real work.
Overseas talent is hard to assess before hiring
- 88% of companies with overseas ambitions struggle to evaluate international candidates
- 66% of cross-border ventures report revenue falling short of projections
- Standard interviews reveal nothing about cultural adaptability or real-world performance
A degree abroad doesn't automatically open Chinese enterprise doors
- 81% of students who studied abroad cite career development as their primary motivation
- 53% feel their university provides insufficient support for employment transition
- International credentials need real project experience to become credible career proof
No structured bridge between student pipelines and enterprise networks
- Universities have motivated, capable international students but limited enterprise access
- Traditional career services don't reach Chinese enterprise hiring channels
- Students' cross-cultural value goes unrecognised without a structured showcase mechanism
